When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and their delivery (free of charge) take between 10 and 20 business days. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our products.
How much does delivery cost?
We ship our products worldwide. There is no minimum order amount required and all our deliveries are free.
My order is not complete
If your order contains more than one item, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I have not received my order
Issue with the postal service? Lost, broken or destroyed package?
With our PREMIUM Shipping, Vaelis Original™ handles all disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not shift responsibility to the carrier and leave you to deal with it alone. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Can I combine discount codes?
No. Except in special cases, we only accept one discount code per order.
How can I order a product?
We make shopping as simple as possible:

I received an import tax
Vaelis Original™ ships its products worldwide in full compliance with regulations. However, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes in their country. We disclaim any responsibility in this regard.
