Warranty – Returns – Refunds – Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation request by the customer, it must be received within 24 hours after payment. If the request is sent after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price will apply.

The items supplied by https://vaelis-original.com/ are brand new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those available in traditional retail and come from all listed publishers and suppliers.

If an item is defective or not in conformity, the buyer has 15 working days from the receipt of the items to request an exchange (free of charge) or a refund of the product only (shipping costs will not be refunded). If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day.

The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging where applicable, and with the corresponding invoice).

In such a case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to support@vaelis-original.com (description and photos attached).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Vaelis Original™ is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer free of charge, excluding shipping costs. The refund must be made within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
