Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the Site and the Customer is informed of the amount before confirming the order.

We offer two delivery options for receiving the products purchased on our Site. You may choose the one that best suits your needs.

1) Premium Shipping

• Paid service (€4.90), delivered within 10 to 15 business days.
• Delivery from Monday to Friday during business hours.
• Select "Premium Shipping" when confirming your order.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM from Monday to Friday are processed the same day.

2) Free Shipping

• FREE service within 10 to 15 business days.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM from Monday to Friday are processed the same day.

Delivery Tracking

You can track the delivery of your products by clicking on the "Account" link located above the menu bar on any page of the site. You may also contact us by email at support@vaelis-original.com for any information regarding the progress of your order.

Please note the following:

• We aim to deliver within the timeframes mentioned above; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed, as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local carrier holidays.
• We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been confirmed.
• If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
• Ownership and risk of loss of your products pass to you upon taking possession of them.

Returns – Right of Withdrawal

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Jewelry or clothing with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, for purchases made online on the Site, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal from VAELIS-ORIGINAL.COM, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.

In the case of an order containing several Products, this 14-day period starts from the receipt of the last Product.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the purchased Product(s) and delivery costs will be refunded; return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), in packaging identical to that used during shipment, allowing for resale.

Returns must also be accompanied by proof of purchase (copy of invoice or receipt) for proper processing.

In accordance with applicable regulations (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Audio or video recordings or software that have been unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
• Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
• Jewelry or clothing showing clear signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal directly with VAELIS-ORIGINAL.COM using the standard withdrawal form available on the Site and attached to the order confirmation email.

They may also exercise this right by sending an email to support@vaelis-original.com, specifying the subject of the request, full name, order number, address, and order date, clearly expressing their intention to withdraw.

Once the withdrawal request has been sent, the Customer must return the Product(s) to VAELIS-ORIGINAL.COM with a tracking number within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days from the withdrawal decision.

VAELIS-ORIGINAL.COM will refund all amounts paid, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal right is exercised, using the same payment method as the original order. This refund may be delayed until the Product is received.
